little normie pattis is a CORRUPT son-of-a-bitch who should be disbarred, criminally prosecuted, and hung for his outrageous and disgusting behavior against the Sandy Hook families and victims.
It's really sad that people like Alex Jones exist and continue to prosper and that there are thousands out there who listen to them.
Really like these explanations.
Tiny typo in this paragraph - should be "its" -" He also claimed that FSS had no money to pay the jury verdicts because it owed $55 million to it’s supplement supply company, a Nevada LLC called PQPR. "
Without a determination by the bankruptcy court that Jones committed a crime -- and not even the Sub-V trustee alleges that -- the most you're likely to see is a civil action to dissolve PQPR, which is unnecessary if the bankruptcy court just disallows their claim. PQPR is a shell company with no remaining assets (other than the "note" due it from FSS) now that the bankruptcy moved suppliers to a disinterested third party.
Okay. So no. I don't think I understand why but I also know that my sense of justice and fair play is making my teeth itch over this.
My other question is can the families make claims on Alex and FSS' intellectual property, eg the name InfoWars, his logos, marks and websites etc in lieu of cash?
Friday's episode will have some more of this story, but basically, we're headed towards the court likely overseeing the liquidation of everything FSS owns.
He can bunk with the orange beast in prison.

Will Jones be peddling gay frogs on a street corner after he loses his despicable empire to those he hurt through his conspiracy theories?
