Er... Elon, may I refer you to "The Mismeasure of Man" by the late Stephen Jay Gould. Excellent book. Among other things, it will show you the fallacy of equating brain size with intelligence, and also lead you through the racist history of all the pseudo-scientists who thought different.
Absolutely - it’s simple math. Since we only use a small fraction of our brain capacity, a smart person with a small head may use a larger “volume” of her brain than a stupid person with a huge head (Matt Gaetz, I’m looking at you).

In a SLAPP suit, doesn’t the SLAPPee get to claim costs from the SLAPPer? Otherwise what would be the point of acknowledging the frivolousness of the suit, if the defendant still gets sunk by lawyers’ fees?
