Where does the court's immunity decision rank in the pantheon of terrible decisions? I guess it's not Dred Scott, but it's not Mapp v. Ohio, either (which I think was a very good decision). To me, immunity is down there with Korematsu, Bush v. Gore, and other horribles.
Don't forget DC v. Heller, Kennedy v. Bremerton, Janus v. AFSCME, Loper Bright Enterprises... there's a long list.
I have stopped ranking Roberts Court decisions. I think future historians will refer to the Roberts Era with the same disdain as contemporary historians refer to the Lochner Era. -A
