The right-wingers were always the โ€œjudicial activists.โ€

The goal now is to prevent Democrats from accomplishing anything when they win the Presidency. Theyโ€™ve already broken the legislature; now, theyโ€™re trying to break executive agencies.

This is really scary. If THE ALWAYS-WHINING, BIG FAT, CORRUPT, DEMENTED, INCOMPETENT, RACIST, SEXIST, SERIAL ADULTERER, LYING RAPIST, AND NAZI is elected, there will be no path for justice in this country. Why arenโ€™t the CORRUPT corporate interests doing this judge-shopping be publicly condemned about these TREASONOUS actions.

We have all these political โ€œjudgesโ€ appointed by legislators only in congress due to gerrymandering. When the hell are we going to limit judgeโ€™s terms and determine legislative district by logical boundaries such as counties? Weโ€™ve let the foxes guard the henhouse for way too long.

The idea that the Constitution of the United States means something different in one part of the country because some judges are too stupid to understand the English language in writing is a clear Due Process issue.
