Those Broadview 6 Prosecutors Got Some Funny Math

The Broadview 6 transcripts are here, and they are amazing. On May 21, Judge April Perry said “I have never seen the types of prosecutorial behavior before a grand jury that I saw in those transcripts.” And she did not oversell it!

We will break down all the vouching/ex parte/voir dire foolishness on the show, but one thing really jumped out at us because it was so deeply offensive.

… is exactly the same as this …

And even though the government never charged anyone who tried to run the Biden-Harris tour bus off the road in 2020, the event nonetheless justifies indicting a bunch of unarmed protesters for felony conspiracy because they banged on a car and made an ICE agent a couple minutes late for work.
