tRump's tactics have NOT escaped any court's attention, save SCOTUS - although they did rule a few years ago on NO immunity for him in relation to a Congressional subpoena for his tax records. However, his criminal indictments are completely different, and need a strong and definitive Court ruling that the Orange Insurrectionist has indeed NO immunity claims in these cases, and let the two federal trials begin ASAP, with the conduct of these trials entirely in the hands of the respective presiding judges.
Let tRump file all the appeals he desires AFTER the trials end and the jurors have spoken...enough of the frivolous pre-trial BS deliberately slowing down the wheels of justice.
This past decade has been one embarrassment after another for the rule of law. No advance in human rights that can’t be overturned in the courts, no erroneous reading of English text that can’t be used arm haters, no application of rules that can’t be massaged to accommodate a raging narcissist, no basic biology that can’t be ignored by a religious zealot on the bench. Antiquated death penalties and barbaric forms of legal killing. Voting rights taken away. And the spectacle of Trump sums up so many of these failings, one man taking a sledge hammer to the idea of justice for all.
