I appreciate that I am about to make something of a hyperbolic/extremist argument, but having read this excellent article, I am struck by the inevitable conclusion that if Circuit Court Judges, no less, are going to blindly accept as truth claims being made without evidence, from a source that is known to be peddling falsehoods all over the country, then there is a colorable argument to be made that this is impeachable conduct and the Circuit Judge in question should be removed from office.
Yes, this is an extreme, provocative [and, of course, futile] argument. But the problem here is that if the Judicial branch does not excise this rot immediately and thoroughly, further corruption of Third Estate seems inevitable.
But I think that the scale of the threat described above warrants a response of this magnitude. If Judges - who enjoy lifelong appointments - can be persuaded to lie on behalf of any party standing before them, then we simply have no justice left.
Trump v US rears its ugly head again. Is mobilizing national guard troops within the outer perimeter of Trump's executive authority? If yes, then he can mobilize troops and his motives are unreviewable. Yet another de facto overrule of law courtesy of Roberts re-write of the constitution. Rotten bastard!!!
That only depends on if you still believe the courts are relevant.
Now I know you have a job, and if the courts aren’t relevant you don’t have a job, but how long will a job with irrelevant courts last?

Trying to beat trump in court….. especially after his multibillionaire buddy’s own it . . is a waste of our precious resources. Money better spent keeping Planned Parenthood open or PBS on the air.
Wasting money on losing court battles is EXACTLY what they want, to drain you and keep you looking at anything but the fact that trumps people are now less than 6 month from consolidating power fully.
Not really germane to this article, I'd like to suggest that we come up with a response to the current Administration's delight for "Alternative Facts", with our own "Alternative Acronyms".
My first candidate, of course, is the TRO - the Trump Restraining Order. Yes, Mr. President, the Courts really are out to get you.
My second is not quite so narrow - the DOJ could be the Department of Jokers or the Department of Jerks.
Or there could be the Department of Harm, Harrassment and Subjugation (HHS).
